It costs less than a penny to smile.
We all know how to do it. Even the gloomy Gus in the bunch has done it, if even by accident.
A comforting and welcoming smile can be activated by a memory, something we see, hear or do. Perhaps we smile just because we can or because we remember how good it is for us. Smiles nourish the brain and our souls. It’s damn hard to have regrets, resentments and enemies when everyone is smiling.
Doing something fun will often bring out a smile, perhaps unless, that involves an online shopping spree resulting in the purchase of a Ferrari when you are still struggling to pay off your Ford Fiesta, ouch.
A smile is an act of kindness that may unleash a landslide of happiness.
How amazing would that be?
